This policy applies to all current and potential employees, contractors, consultants, agency workers, clients, and visitors of top10money.com.

It covers discrimination on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion and/or belief, sex, or sexual orientation, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

Commitment

top10money.com expects all members of its staff and the wider community to treat others equally, with dignity and respect. Anyone who believes they have been subjected to discrimination, harassment, or bullying has the right to lodge a complaint without fear of victimization or retaliation. The appropriate procedure should be established in the policies relating to employees and candidates.

Responsibilities

Everyone who works for or is associated with top10money.com has a duty to promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). The Chief Executive Officer holds ultimate responsibility for the full implementation of this policy. The HR and Culture Director is responsible for leading the implementation of top10money.com's equality, diversity, and inclusion strategy for staff and in collaboration with the rest of the executive team on top10money.com's content and operational activities.

Implementation, Monitoring, and Review

This Policy will be implemented through the Equality and Diversity Committee. Progress on actions and objectives will also be regularly reported to the Management Team. We will assess the impact of this Policy through monitoring in the following ways: The HR and Culture Director will collect and analyze monitoring data related to staff and annually report it to the Management Team. The Quality and Standards Department will coordinate the collection and analysis of monitoring data related to candidates. The Marketing Team will implement and maintain measures to ensure that top10money.com's content is created in line with the provisions of this Policy as far as possible. This Policy will be regularly reviewed to ensure it reflects best practice and current legal requirements.

Training

All employees are required to participate in EDI training appropriate to their role, and new employees must undergo EDI training as part of their induction.
